Office Worker whole day self-check

When you are bathing and find your hair easy to fall off. It may be because of hair nutrient shortage or hormonal abnormalities.

Interview Mike

 Today the object that iris interviews  is a later 1980s  handsome trainer from Powerhouse-Mikein fact, he is a very sunny and cheerful big boy, he is talkative and energetic. Mike is not only an excellent group lesson coach, but also a careful personal trainer.

Iris: What is the difference between personal training and group class coach in teaching students?

Iris: Many people want to increase muscle, and that what they should do to achieve the most effective?

Mike: There are many people like to team up to play basketball or football, however it is not enough, if we want to improve this kind of situation is needed athletic trainer to do the targeted muscle specific training. For example the well known basketball player Yao Ming, he was really thin when he came to NBA in 2002, through the increase muscle training by professional coaches, and later we were gradually seeing the today’s strong Yao Ming.
This is because the football and basketball is just an aerobic exercise, it is not strength training, This is because the football and basketball movement itself is only a aerobic exercise, not strength training, muscle is takes strength, slim friends need to actively complement protein, beef and other energy consumption through exercise, increase metabolism cycle, then in accordance mentoring programs to do strength training can improve physical confrontational.

Interview- Zhou Tong


Zhou Tong, she is a trainer in Orient Fitness Club, and also she is a mum of a 14-month year old baby. The first time sees her, I am surprised by her body, and I even can't believe she has a baby. It is necessary due to the identity of her Pilate’s instructor. Today, I have the chance to interview her, and she shares the experiences of Pilates. Because she is a Chinese woman, the language we used is Chinese; following is my collation and translation of our transcript.

Iris: when did you come into contact with Pilates? And why did you choose to practice Pilates?

ZT: I came into contact with Pilates since 2004. Pilates stressed muscles and functional training, its practice focused on the muscles, to strengthen the core strength to improve muscle control.  In fact, I was used to be an aerobics and yoga instructor, however because of my explosive power and strength is relatively weak, in order to enhance physical strength, I chose to practice Pilates.

Iris: You are both Pilates Instructor and Yoga instructor. From your own experience and the course teaches, are there any differences between them?

ZT: From physical consumption level, Pilates will be tired. However, they relate each other closely. Before practicing Yoga, first you should practice Pilates well, and then you can better raise the body control. Pilates pay more attention to the core strength and muscle strength, it is a requirement is strictly, and very reasonable, safe movement.

Iris: In ordinary teaching, what kind of mistake students will make? What do they need to pay attention to?

ZT: Most of the student body control is relatively poor; they cannot through the breath to mobilize the body muscle, less than the Pilates training effect. A lot of people put the Pilates excel at the Abs waist shaping, loss of the safety and rationality of Pilates.

Iris: You practice and teach Pilates so long time, do you have any good experiences to share with others?

ZT: Now there are a variety of sports, everyone should choose the most suitable among these movements, many people are in an unhealthy statue, Pilates can improve the body's core strength, help to improve the health status.
