What & Who
Healthy lifestyle is a health blog, its position is giving audiences suggestions how they can keep health, and analysis the serious problems in the west about the health. The target audiences are the age from 18 to 60, for the young, my objective is to let them live better, for the old, I hope they can live longer with a healthy body.

Why & How
The health faces a big problem in the world, more and more people are hurt by the diseases which caused by unhealthy lifestyle. In this blog, we promote a healthy lifestyle to pay people's attention to the health.

Something about healthy life style


World Health Organization (WHO) told the world that an individual health and life 60% depends on their own and 15% depending on the genetic, 10% depend on social factors, medical conditions on 8% and 7% depending on climate; and in depends on the individual factors, the lifestyle is a major factor. 

Healthy lifestyle including ‘eight parts’:  a reasonable diet and regular living, to keep sleep quality, work and rest should be well arranged, sexual harmony, quit alcohol limit, regular exercise and psychological balance.
